Páramo verjon

La temperatura en el páramo varía drásticamente, por eso uno tiene que ir preparado para todo, por si hace sol, por si hace mucho frío, por si llueve, por si acaso. Entonces, el cielo se topa de nubes grises, la temperatura baja y la brisa corre más fría que antes. Es hora de usar la chaqueta, los guantes y la bufanda que estaban guardados en la maleta. En esta ruta hay mucha más vegetación, y también mucho más barro. Los frailejones, que crecen un centímetro por año, llegan hasta los 160 centímetros de altura. A medida que avanza el recorrido y subo la colina, se puede ver cómo el bosque alto-andino, lleno de arbustos y flores, se va convirtiendo poco a poco en un ecosistema de subpáramo, donde la vegetación anterior y la del páramo empiezan a mezclarse. Me llama la atención la cantidad de musgo que hay por todas partes, y cómo todas las especies están adaptadas para retener la mayor cantidad de agua. Entiendo en este momento que todo el ecosistema funciona como una gran esponja que absorbe y retiene el agua de la lluvia para ir liberándola poco a poco en los tiempos de escasez.

I understand at this moment that the whole ecosystem works like a big sponge that absorbs and retains the rainwater to be released little by little in times of scarcity.

La salida al parque natural Chicaque me parecio muy divertidad y ecologica porque hicimos una caminata super larga y conocimos distintas especies, distintos Arboles de toda clase y estabamos rodeados de solo naturaleza fue muy lindo porque alla respetan la importancia que la naturaleza tiene aunque nosotros no la sabemos valorar y puede que conozcamos sus cuidados y restricciones pero nosotros no respetamos esto sabiendo que esta naturaleza es lo que nos permite vivir

Chicaque Park

The exit to the Natural Park Chicaque seemed very funny and ecological because we had a long walk and we knew different species, different trees of all kinds and we were surrounded by nature. It was very nice because they respect the importance that nature has, although we do not know how to value and we know their cares and restrictions but we do not respect this knowing that this is what is us to live
